14-DAY DIVE EXPEDITIONS TO REMOTE BUCKET-LIST LOCATIONS
BASSAS DA INDIA, Mozambique Channel

Few spots in the world can compare with Bassas da India. It is a formidable bucket-list destination for good reason – it is difficult to get to, remote and vulnerable to the strong currents and weather systems of the Mozambique Channel.  Many have tried to reach it and failed, and many people and ships have lost their lives here – the reef is littered with wrecks (old and new) and it is still a popular destination for treasure and relic hunters.

This is a stunningly beautiful and exhilarating dive site – certainly not for beginner divers or the faint-hearted. The searing purple water drops below one on walls that go from zero to 100m depths over distances of a few hundred meters. The corals are vivid and abundant and the atoll teams with fish.

Join us on a 14 day expedition. Embark at Inhambane or Vilinkulos (Bazaruto) on the Mozambique coast . Voyage with us across the Mozambique Channel to transient shelter, and drop off the vessel into a paradise tinged deep purple by the ocean depths below. At low tide explore the reef and the wide blue lagoon.

Join the vessel at Vilankulos or Inhambane.
